About Responsive Leadership™
The Responsive Leadership model is at the heart of all our programs. While developed through Dr. Callandrillo's experiences in higher education, this model is designed to adapt to the unique challenges of various industries, fostering resilience, collaboration, and strategic thinking. By focusing on empower teams to be 'responsive to' instead of 'responsible for', leaders can better navigate change, inspire their teams, and achieve sustainable growth.

Developing Responsive Leadership Skills: Working With Higher Education Leaders
Earlier in 2024, Dr. Callandrillo led an audience of psychologists through the Responsive Leadership Model and had a fantastic discussion of the impact of engaging from the perspective of being 'Responsive To' instead of 'Responsible For' in leadership challenges.
