Dr. Traci Callandrillo is passionate about creating positive change as a leadership coach. With her extensive experience in leadership positions and with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, she brings evidence-based approaches to leadership coaching, integrating Emotional Intelligence skill-building, principles of social cognitive theory, and effective change management strategies.

Dr. Callandrillo's coaching philosophy centers around the belief that effective coaching leverages each leader's strengths, enhances their resilience, and combines professional content knowledge with management principles, crucial for leaders navigating workplace challenges. Her approach is person-centered, placing importance on creating a space to comprehend a leader's held identities within the coaching process.

Dr. Callandrillo holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas and is ce​​rtified as a coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Blending psychological insights with coaching skills, her academic background enriches her coaching practice, and provides a holistic approach. Beyond consulting, Traci is a passionate advocate for mental health. In addition to being a founding member and chair of the Higher Education Mental Health Alliance (HEMHA), she has held various organizational leadership roles, including Vice President for Professional Practice for the Society of Counseling Psychology through the American Psychological Association (APA).
