Traci Callandrillo, Ph.D.

Dr. Traci Callandrillo is passionate about creating positive change as a professional development coach. With extensive experience in leadership positions and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, she brings evidence-based training to leadership coaching, integrating Emotional Intelligence skill-building, principles of social cognitive theory, and effective change management strategies.

Dr. Callandrillo's coaching philosophy centers around the belief that effective coaching leverages each leader's strengths, enhances their resilience, and combines professional content knowledge with management principles crucial for navigating workplace challenges.

Dr. Callandrillo intertwines the principles of Responsive Leadership and Self-Efficacy, creating a supportive and empowering environment for individuals to navigate challenges, enhance their leadership skills, and foster positive, interconnected relationships within their organizations.

 

Through collaborative partnerships, Dr. Callandrillo helps leaders and executives hone their skills, enhance self-awareness, and unlock their full potential. Her approach fosters positive change, empowering individuals to drive organizational success.

Dr. Callandrillo holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas and is certified as a coach by the International Coaching Federation. Prior to launching the Callandrillo Consulting Group, she worked for more than twenty-five years as a manager and leader in higher education, serving as the director of healthcare agencies and as an upper-level administrator leading a broad team of managers and specialists.  

 

Beyond consulting, Traci is a passionate advocate for mental health. As a founding member and chair of the Higher Education Mental Health Alliance (HEMHA), and having held various organizational leadership roles, including Vice President for Professional Practice for the Society of Counseling Psychology through the American Psychological Association (APA), she brings a wealth of experience to her work.
